Some things are just too good not to share.

     1. Significant Savings.

Groups of 10 or more save up to 20% off regular single ticket prices. The larger the group, the bigger the discount.

     2. Priority Seating

Groups always have access to the best available seats. Groups are seated before single tickets go on sale to the general public if the order is received prior to the on-sale date. To ensure the best seating location, make your reservations early.

      3. Worry Free Ticket Purchase

Unsure how many people will be joining your group? Not to worry. We can hold your seats with just a 25% deposit. Then go and spread the word. You can add or subtract from your seat hold up until 3 weeks before performance. Your deposit is fully refundable if you let us know no later than 3 weeks before the performance date.

      4. Full Service Assistance

We are delighted that you are interested in bringing a group to the Rogue Valley Symphony! Our goal is to help you create just the right experience. We look forward to working with you to find the best performance for your type of group and assisting you with other concert-related needs that you may have.

       5. Complimentary ticket for group leader when booking 30 or more tickets.

       6. Flexible and customized payment options

Final Payment must be made with one check or credit card charge no later than three weeks prior to performance.

If your group falls below 10 seats, then regular single ticket prices will be charged.

If payment is not received three weeks prior to performance, then your seats will be removed from hold and put back for regular sale.

Frequently Asked Questions

What group discounts are offered?

Groups of ten or more people receive special discounted prices for all of our concerts, subject to seat availability at the time of order. In addition, for larger groups, we offer complimentary tickets to the group organizer and the bus driver.

Is a deposit required?

After the group has been assigned seats, we request a 50% deposit to continue to hold the seats. The deposit, payable by check or major credit card, will be credited towards your total balance. If for some reason your group must cancel, the deposit is refundable provided you inform us 3 weeks prior to the performance so that we have an opportunity to sell your seats to others. If you prefer, we can apply your deposit to another concert.

When is the final payment due?

The remaining balance of your order is due 3 weeks prior to the concert date. The final payment may be made by check or credit card (we accept VISA or MasterCard).

Can I change my order?

Yes! Group sales can be adjusted until the final payment date.

Can my group sit together?

We will make every effort to seat all members of your group together. Unfortunately, this is not always possible. In general, the farther in advance you make reservations, the more likely we can accommodate your seating requests.

How far in advance can I make a request?

If you can pick a date, we can take a request. Even if the concert season has yet to be announced, we’ll take a request based on the date you’d like to come. Advance ordering is the key to good seats.

Will my group be assigned seats when I make a request?

That depends on the time of year you call. Our concert season, which runs from September through April, is usually announced in February. Although we can take a request for seats at any time, we cannot confirm seating until late summer. At that time, seating requests will be filled in the order that they are received. Any order received after that time will be quoted exact seats.

What about handling fees?

We do not charge a handling fee for group sale orders.

How do I get my tickets?

After final payment has been made, we can mail you your tickets unless you prefer to have them held at the box office. All tickets will be mailed in one package to the group organizer.

Can we take pictures at the concert hall?

Cameras and recording devices are prohibited. And please, in consideration of your fellow concertgoers, turn off all electronic devices, cell phones, and alarm watches. We ask that you not text during performances.
