Rogue Valley Symphony

Dear Patrons,

We hope that this message finds you well in such uncertain times. Music can provide solace and connection and we are surrounding ourselves with as much as we can during this difficult time. It is with heavy hearts that we inform you that the Masterworks 6 concerts April 17, 18, and 19 have to be postponed due to the COVID-19 outbreak and closure of the facilities where rehearsals and performances would take place, all which are events beyond the RVS’s control. We are continuing to try to find the best solutions for all of our staff, musicians, and patrons as this situation changes. We are currently working to reschedule these concerts and will announce the details as soon as possible. We are all aware that information about COVID-19 changes daily as we discover the many ways our state and nation are responding. As soon as we see the other side of this health crisis, we will be able to announce a new concert date for MW6. We are too excited about all that we have planned for you to allow the concert to go unproduced! Here are your options:

  • Have your tickets roll over to the newly rescheduled performances. 
  • Exchange your ticket(s) for any future 2020-2021 performance. All exchange fees will be waived in this situation. This applies to new ticket purchases only, not purchases you have already made.
  • Donate your ticket(s) and receive a tax deduction for the total ticket value. 

Ticket holders are encouraged to consider having their tickets roll over to the new performance, exchanging, or donating the cost of their tickets back to the Rogue Valley Symphony. This helps support us during this challenging time as we navigate the significant, ongoing impact of the COVID-19 situation.

All requests for ticket donations or exchanges must be received by June 15, 2020. If we do not receive a request we will assume you wish us to hold your tickets and roll them over to the rescheduled performance. If, when we reschedule the concert, you are unable to attend, we will reconcile your account at that time.
