Masterworks 2
Featuring Will Hagen, violin
Mozart’s Overture to Don Giovanni opens with dramatic intensity and theatrical brilliance, setting the stage for an evening of contrast. Beethoven’s Violin Concerto, written at the height of his creative power, remains one of the most beloved works in the repertoire. Both lyrical and virtuosic, it offers the soloist a wide expressive range while maintaining elegance and balance. Bartók’s Concerto for Orchestra brings the program to a brilliant conclusion. A true modern classic, it reveals the full range of the orchestra, with instruments featured in dialogue across sections. At times playful and mysterious, the work builds toward a brilliant and exhilarating finale.

“Impeccable timing, an intellectual command of line and score and just the right amount of power to push his cadenzas to the fore.”

Nestled on the slopes of Grizzly Peak we are just minutes from downtown Ashland, Oregon. We grow our grapes with care and make our wines with love of the craft. We produce the highest quality hand-crafted wines made from carefully tended grapes grown by us in our own estate vineyard.
Al and Virginia Silbowitz moved to Southern Oregon because it was a great place to raise a family.
They found just what they were looking for in Ashland, but they also found wine.
As pioneers in the late 1800s, our ancestors journeyed out West from Atlanta, Georgia, in hopes of a new beginning. They traveled by ship and stagecoach through different areas of California and Washington, but decided to give Oregon a chance when they heard the tales of its beautiful country. After exploring the Rogue Valley from Ashland to Jacksonville, they found a little valley surrounded by hills with a river running through it and purchased the land. Because of their strength and perseverance, as well as our continued dedication to preserve this property, we are able to call Table Rock Vineyard our home.
